I contacted both University of Dayton and Wright State regarding the compromised and abandoned site. I was told that the project was running on a server belonging to a government agency. The site was suspended the following day. Now the Server is unreachable.

project site does appear to still be there, but yes, inactive for quite some time. Marked retired.
