At the moment I don't do country rankings, but it is on the list. I have 2 problems to solve to do it tho:
1) Not all projects use the same name for a country. For example, right now for the Vatican City I have about 3-4 different ways (Holy See, Vatican City State vs Holy See (Vatican City State) vs Holy See (Vatican City), etc. Not a difficult problem, just need to pick one and point the other variations to it.
2) In combined rankings, if a person has one country selected in project A and a different project selected in project B - what do you do? My current plan is to set that person to "International" and rank that group as if it were a country. I suppose I could just put the user in more than one country rank using the total credit contributed to each country, but that gets more complicated. Anyone have a strong opinion on this?
As for link to personal stats - its also on the todo list. The idea is for registered users, you will be able to enter in your CPID and then present you with a "My Stats" link to go directly to your page.
