Stats Updating

Thanks for the service you are providing, very cool of you.

I noticed that the stats are a few days behind, currently showing 28-June as the last update.

Cheers!

The "combined" stats show it ran the update last night as usual. I haven't seen any gaps in the update runs of late. Perhaps you were looking at a specific project? The date there is the date the project last exported its data. The system checks the project sites a few times a day for new exports.

I was looking at this one http://boinc.netsoft-online.com/stats/

I use the web RPC "http://boinc.netsoft-online.com/get_user.php?cpid=xxxxxxxxxx" and a few users were complaining that their totals were off.

Come to think of it it is probably due to a project or two difference since they are comparing your data to the boincstats data.

I will look into it and let you know.

Cheers and thanks for all you do.

I noticed that there is a dissimilarity between the webpages and the xml page. Do they update at different times?

We also noticed that a few old projects (like nano-hive and genetic life) are not showing up in the individual stats. Here is an example: http://boinc.netsoft-online.com/e107_plugins/boinc/get_user.php?cpid=0a7b8378436fdcaef549d87e35f26480

As can be seen here http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=0a7b8378436fdcaef549d87e35f26480 zombie67 has 811K in one and 544K in the other.

Nano-hive is a retired project. It is likely that the user's CPID changed after it retired. boincstats must be tracking cpid changes or linking the projects together in another way beyond cpid.

Yes, Willy is offering an account manager (BAM!) as well, and if you use it, you can sync retired projects if you change your CPID.
But you have to have the projects added before they retired, no use in trying it out now if you haven't used it 'til now wink3
